New Client Information
Are you Interested in my services? Prior to confirming bookings, there are a few requirements. The first step is a phone consultation. This gives me a chance to get to know your pets and their specific needs, as well as gives you the opportunity to get to know me and ask any questions you may have. After our initial phone call, if it seems I may be a good fit for your animals, we will then schedule an in person meet and greet. Completed Pet Care Forms are also required for each animal (see Required Information below). Please reach out via the ‘contact us’ section to book a phone consult or meet and greet.
Required Information (for each pet)
During our phone call and in person meeting we will review each pet's specific needs. We will review feeding instructions, medications, allergies, and any special care requirements. I will also ask for your veterinarian's contact information and request an emergency contact for while you are away. All information will be recorded on my pet care forms and will be kept on file for future visits.
What areas do you service?
I am based in Woodville, Ontario. I service Woodville and surrounding areas, including Port Perry, Uxbridge, and Brock Township to name a few. Some services are limited based on travel requirements. Please contact me for specific area boundaries.
Where are you located? Can I drop my pet off for boarding?
I do not have a physical boarding location at this time. I offer pet care services in the animals own home. This setup is ideal for many as it often allows pets to remain in their normal environment and routine.
